It does not currently provide financial product advice or handle or settle insurance claims, and it makes no decision about cover, a claim or a premium. Nothing EPIP provides is legal advice. Insurance Triage is planned: before it is offered, EPIP will confirm whether it would be a regulated financial service, including claims handling, and what licence or exemption would apply.
This product is under development and is not available to buy. No release date has been set, and it may change before it is offered. Registering interest does not reserve a place, a price or a service, and nothing is charged.

What it provides

Planned: an independent, organised record of the environmental evidence about a property, setting out what has been documented, by whom and when, what has only been reported, and what is missing, with the supporting documents put in order for you and your own advisers to use.

MouldAI Solutions Australia Pty Ltd, which operates EPIP, collects your name, email address, role and, if you give them, your organisation and question, to reply to this enquiry and, only if you tick the box, to tell you when this product becomes available. Without a name and email address we cannot reply. Your enquiry is processed by our website host, Vercel, and sent by email through our email delivery service, Resend, to our contact mailbox. Vercel processes it in the United States without keeping a copy; Resend processes it and keeps a copy for a limited period, also in the United States. It is not added to a property record and not used for advertising. We do not disclose it to anyone else, other than these service providers acting for us, unless the law requires it. We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, and a request to be told about availability until we have told you or you ask us to stop.
