Get in touch

For insurers, property managers, builders, developers and other organisations seeking EPIP access. Tell us who you are, what you manage and what you would want EPIP for. Organisation access is set up by EPIP after review, and authorised users are then invited individually.

If you already have an EPIP account, sign in and use the record itself — messages sent from a property record arrive with that context attached.

For anything else — including questions about a request already with us.

EPIP — the Environmental Property Intelligence Platform — is operated by MouldAI Solutions Australia Pty Ltd. MouldAI is the contracting entity for assessments, investigations and testing arranged through the platform, and is the party responsible for the handling of your data.
