What EPIP is
EPIP is a record-keeping and property intelligence platform. It records what is known about a property's environmental history, what evidence supports it, and what evidence is absent.
EPIP records the state of the evidence. It does not warrant that a property is free of moisture, mould or any other condition. An item marked as missing means no evidence exists — it does not mean the condition is absent.
What EPIP is not
EPIP does not provide medical or health advice and makes no claims about the health effects of any building condition. It does not provide legal advice. It is not a building inspection, a pest inspection, or a certificate of any kind.
Findings on a record are conclusions drawn from the evidence held at the time, with their strength and limitations stated. They are not guarantees, and they may change as further evidence is recorded.
Your submissions
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. You must not submit material you do not have the right to supply.
Submitted material is retained with your identity and the date attached. This attribution is part of the evidentiary value of the record and cannot be removed without removing the material itself.
Providers
Providers in the EPIP network are independent businesses. Where MouldAI Solutions Australia arranges work through the platform, the contracting arrangements are set out separately in the provider agreement.
EPIP determines what investigation the evidence calls for before, and independently of, deciding who might carry it out.
Access
Access to a property record is granted explicitly and may be time-limited or revoked. You must not attempt to access a record you have not been granted, and you must not share your sign-in link.
To be settled
Liability, indemnity, intellectual property in submitted material, fees and payment terms, termination, dispute resolution and governing law all require drafting.
