Builder Intelligence is under development and is not available to buy. It does not show information about any real building company, and no release date has been set. Prices are published so you can see what is planned; what each product will include, and its terms, are still being settled.
Sources. Builder Intelligence is planned to draw on three kinds of public record, and to say which applies to each item: records published under open-data or other terms that allow this use, such as some builder-licence registers; records EPIP is still seeking permission or a licence for, including tribunal and court decisions and some regulatory registers, which will be included only if that permission is obtained; and records EPIP cannot yet use, which a report will list as not checked.

What it provides

Planned: a report on one building company, drawn from the public records available for it, showing what was found, where it came from, when it was checked, and what could not be checked.

Collection notice. MouldAI Solutions Australia Pty Ltd, which operates EPIP, collects your name, email address, role and, if you give them, your organisation and question, to reply to this enquiry and, only if you tick the box, to tell you when this product becomes available. Without a name and email address we cannot reply. Your enquiry is processed by our website host, Vercel, and sent by email through our email delivery service, Resend, to our contact mailbox. Vercel processes it in the United States without keeping a copy; Resend processes it and keeps a copy for a limited period, also in the United States. It is not added to a property record and not used for advertising. We do not disclose it to anyone else, other than these service providers acting for us, unless the law requires it. We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, and a request to be told about availability until we have told you or you ask us to stop.
